The Re-usable Charity Gang as an NGO provided this Platform basically to identify and connect people with basic items in surplus to those individuals who need these surplus items, thereby giving those with excess a channel of disposing these items in a way that will cater to the needs of the underprivileged in our society.

We give the needy the opportunity to have the best at a very small or no cost at all.

The unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, variation, modification or distribution of the content of this website, the uploading of any unlawful or damaging information or the creation of any links to our website from any other site whatsoever is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend our website or any part thereof or terminate your account at any time if we, in our sole discretion, determine that you are not using the website in compliance with these Terms and Conditions and/or if we believe the information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete.

For certain uses of the Re-usable Charity Gang site, we may require you to provide information about yourself or to create a user account. You agree that any such information and any information that you provide in connection with your account will always be correct, complete and up to date. You will be responsible for all activities that occur under your account and therefore you agree to keep your password confidential
Our visitors are allowed to browse through the site without opening an account. However, if you want to be part of our donors i.e outright donations to charity and those who wish to monetize their excesses using our platform, we encouraged you to register and open an account with us.

The use of third party sites and services like Google, Facebook etc is in place for your use but it is your responsibility to keep your details like your password safe at all times.

Re-usable Charity Gang is not responsible for any third party sites and services or the information, material, products or services contained on or accessible through third party sites and services.

Many third party sites and services have their own terms of use and privacy policies that differ from ours. Re-usable Charity Gang’s Terms and Privacy Policy only apply to our Site and do not apply to any third party sites and services.

We encouraged our customers to pick-up their pre-ordered goods from our warehouse, however for those customers who wish that we deliver to them, an agreed fee will be set-up based on their location.

There is also an exception for delivery to the disables and aged people within Lagos for FREE.

We will make every attempt to deliver goods within the estimated timeframe however please beware that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or factors that are beyond our control.

Before we put up anything for sale on the platform, the said vendor will have to fill our online forms and indicate which items they wish to dispose of.

We will arrange for a pick-up of the items and ascertain such items are in good condition before a sales display is made.

A minimal price per item is agreed so that the needy will have access and be able to purchase using the platform. Out of the proceeds, 40% of such sales goes to the platform for maintenance and continuity and to help the needy.

Vendors account are credited after the sale of an item within a week.

Our charity sections are opened to anyone who wishes to either give to any needy organizations or sponsor a child through school.

Forms are available online to individuals who may wish to help the needy by being a blessing to them. Anonymous donors are free to call our customer service lines for more enquires on how to make donations.

Re-usable Charity Gang will use it discretion to ensure goods are in perfect conditions from both our sellers and donors. And if there be any badly damaged or such a an item isn’t fit for a second use, we are at liberty to refuse such items upon pick-up.

After a period of time, (6 months) any item that has not been purchase will be given out to a needy organization of our choice.

Full refund will be made to any vendor that is unsatisfied with an item purchase on our site provided the item is returned within a week of purchase.

No one individual is permitted to purchase more than 7 items at a go to avoid the influx of traders who may want to take advantage of the platform for their own selfish gains.
